Hot cross buns are one of the best things about Easter - and the only thing better than a hot cross bun is an enormous one that can be thickly sliced and toasted and eaten with hideous quantities of butter. Last year I ordered a couple of these bad boys all the way from Yorkshire from the incredible Betty's and had them sent home to coincide with my Easter holiday... Needless to say, they didn't last long. 
I am definitely going to order some more this year!
